1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital software licenses, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for software licenses once they have been purchased and the license key has been delivered. This is because license keys are unique and can be activated immediately upon receipt.

2. Defective or Non-Functional Keys

In the rare event that you receive a defective or non-functional license key, Canva Technologies will provide a replacement key at no additional cost. To be eligible for a replacement, you must:

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.
  • Provide clear proof that the key is defective (e.g., screenshot of error message, video demonstration).
  • Cooperate with our support team to troubleshoot the issue.

If a replacement is not possible or the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Canva Technologies.

3. Incorrect Purchase

We are not responsible for purchases made for the wrong product or version. Please ensure you carefully read the product description and system requirements before completing your purchase. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect purchases.
